1. What is the Bravo Deals Return Policy?

At Bravo Deals, we offer a 14-day return policy. You can return most items within 14 calendar days after receiving your shipment. Returns must be sent to our Hong Kong warehouse. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order only if it is still in the processing stage. Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under our 14-day return policy. To cancel an order, submit a cancellation request via the Cancellation Ticket. Emails or other contact methods will not be accepted.

3. How do I return an item to Bravo Deals?

To return an item, please visit our RMA (Return Material Arrangement) page, fill out the return form, and submit it. You must meet the return conditions outlined in our policy for a successful return. Returns must be sent back within 14 days after authorization.

4. What items cannot be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care items (e.g., shavers, facial massagers), headphones, and earphones are excluded from our 14-day return policy. We also do not accept returns on items that have been used or are not in their original condition.

5. Will I get a refund if I return an item?

Yes, you will receive a refund within 14 business days after we receive your returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will also receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.

6. Can I return a defective or faulty item?

If your item is defective, faulty, or dead on arrival due to a manufacturer's fault, Bravo Deals will arrange for a courier pick-up to return the item. Please submit an RMA ticket to initiate the process.

7. Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return arrives safely. Bravo Deals is not liable for lost or damaged items during return transit.

8. Can I return an item if I simply changed my mind?

Yes, you can return items within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and with all accessories, packaging, and receipts. Please note that returns for "change of mind" are at the customer's expense for return shipping.

9. How do I know if my return is accepted?

Once you submit your return request via the RMA form, you will receive an authorization. Ensure the item meets all conditions before sending it back, such as being unused, in original packaging, and including all accessories. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and issue a refund if all conditions are met.

10. Can I return an LCD or TV if it has dead pixels?

We will only accept returns for LCDs, such as TVs, under the following conditions:

  • Five or more dead/bright pixels visible in any position.
  • Three or more dead/bright pixels visible within 3mm of one another.
    If your item meets these criteria, please submit an RMA ticket to start the return process.
